- Manage assigned customer accounts;
- Know and understand customers‘ minds.
- Remind and convince customers of payment due date and loan details;
- Negotiate with clients to resolve account matters;
- Handle customer’s complaints and provide assistance with problems they encounter;
- Liaise with other departments involved in collection of accounts;
- Other tasks assigned by manager.
- >= 6 months’ experience in sales/customer service/debt collection is preferred but not compulsory
- Conversational English
- Good at Tagalog is compulsory.
- Good task management skills;
