1. Responsible in all general administration related to finance report, tax, daily administration, invoices, cooperation agreement documents and accounting of Weshop Indonesia.
2. Responsible of HR of Weshop Indonesia related to salary calculation, attendance and staff permission collaborate with HR Weshop Global team.
3. Responsible in refund list, create maker list and related to Bank transactions.
4. Work daily under Country Manager and Weshop Global team.
1. Bachelor‘s degree in Accounting or Finance.
2. Age between 25 - 30.
3. Min 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
4. Have a good communication skills and fluent in English both spoken or written.
5. Good to work independently and by team work.
6. Excellent computer skills especially Microsoft Excel and Google Sheet.
7. Well organized and must detail oriented person.
8. Able to work in fast pace environment of Startup company.
