Job Description


  • Implement and manage the operational budget
  • Prepare, manage and communicate the operational strategy
  • Set comprehensive goals for performance and growth
  • Establish policies that promote company culture and vision
  • Oversee daily operations of the company and the work of executives (IT, Marketing, Sales, Finance etc.)
  • Lead employees to encourage maximum performance and dedication
  • Reviewing, developing and measuring key metrics for the operation
  • Write and submit reports to the CEO in all matters of importance
  • Manage relationships with partners/vendors

  • 5 - 6 years experience in a Management role 
  • University degree in Supply Chain, Finance, or Business Masters degree preferred
  • Experience in the logistics, transport or supply chain industry is preferred
  • • Skilled in organizational development, personnel management, budget / resource development and strategic planning.
  • • Strong business and commercial acumen with experience in managing a P&L
  • • Strong communication and relationship building skills with the ability to influence and deliver through others
  • • Proven ability to work in an international, multi-cultural environment with strong presentation, facilitation skills and excellent organisational and time management skill
