Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  •  Contact new customers via telephone communication and persuade them to use Boxme’s services 
  • Maintain relationships with old customers: take care of assigned accounts, respond to customer questions, complaints, inquiries in a timely, accurate manner; resolve customer claims and damages 
  • Ensure Contractual Compliance/Securing New Contracts
  • Understand competitor strategies, capabilities and pricing patterns in order to position Boxme products advantageously 
  • Complete administrative tasks in a timely, accurate manner

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in logistics/supply chain/business or related fields
  • 6 months - 1-year experience in telephoning selling skill, preferably in air Express/Logistics or
  • Transportation industry
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Good written and spoken English 
  • Excellent computer skills and knowledge in MS Office

WORKING TIME:

- Monday – Friday: 8:30 – 17:30, Saturday: 8:00 – 12:00
